Yes, we carry a two-million dollar liability policy to protect all our homeowners.
Rarely because it isn’t the best method, however we do understand some projects can cost a lot more to tear off and can handle another new roof on top of existing. (this does work well on commercial flat roofs with only 1-2 roofs on them. Depends on city codes and ordinances.

Of course. We would be happy to come inspect your roof, offer advice on what you may need, and listen to what you want.
This answer depends on a variety of factors. We do free inspections and consultations, so those services will not cost anything. Better products, steeper roofs, more facets, more hardware, types of ventilation, and size of the job all add to the cost of roofing a home or business. Often, in working with insurance claims, you can expect to pay only your homeowner deductible to install a new roof.
When to get a new is somewhat subjective, but there are some fairly obvious signs that your roof might need repair or replacement. Damaged or missing shingles, damaged flashing, buckling, and sagging are all telltale signs you need—at the very least—some work done to your roof. If you have a leak, you need work done quickly. Many factors help determine whether you need your roof repaired. It is probably a good idea to contact a professional if you have had a recent windstorm, hailstorm, or suspect that your roof may be nearing the end of its lifecycle. We can help you determine what might be a good course of action to take to either extend the life of your current roof, or mitigate the cost of replacing it.
We can often roof many homes in as little as one day. For larger projects and re-decks, two days is standard. Rarely do we need to use a third day to complete the roofing process. Occasionally, we may need to perform unanticipated repairs that will delay completion. Of course, if we are also doing gutters, fencing, window replacement, and other home repairs, those projects will have to occur when we are not roofing your home. Typically, we require two to three weeks to complete four to five scheduled trades, especially when dealing with custom products. The actual installation of the services we offer can and are usually performed within a day.
