We were contracted to handle the entire remodel of this property. This included installing 950 windows, 364 sliding glass patio doors, and 38 decks, replacing all siding on 22 buildings, painting all the brick on 22 buildings, installing new roofs on 16 buildings, remodeled the clubhouse with a new design, demoing 19 apartments down to studs and renovated to brand new units per specified design.
This complete apartment complex renovation, an active 2019 project, includes a complex scope of work on multiple apartment buildings. The interior and exterior project includes completely gutting and renovating 19 apartments with modern design amenities, replacing 830 windows and 330 sliding glass doors, and replacing entry doors, patio doors, siding, paint and roofing on 22 apartment buildings.
